- Insurance Broker level 1 license (preferred)

About the Job:
Our Administration Assistants are an integral part of our team providing superior administrative support to our front lines staff and are essential to making our office run seamlessly.
- Attention to detail – reviewing and ensuring documentation is up to standard
- Cross referencing key material to maintain accuracy
- Communication and follow up with team members
- Data entry and system filing management
- Support clients in office with excellent customer service as needed
- Support the team with general administrative tasks
- Assist with answering telephone calls professionally and promptly
- Additional duties, assignments and special projects as may be assigned
